GDW- (Excerpt from Da Word lol ) What's the condition of your heart?
So every now and then you'll see me post sum a lil religous/spiritual... especially if it's something I feel very strongly about or feel the need to share cause aint no tellin who's checkin out da spot u know N who knows... might just be sum they needed to read, lol but anyways.. here's a lil excerpt from today's word.. I had to post since I feel that a lot of ppl are confused about what they do/say to be closer to GOD in their lives and think that going to church every Sunday or reading a piece of the bible every day should suffice... NOT... what's the condition of your heart? are you offering your heart to HIM full of love as it should be?

The Pharisees had forgotten that the purpose of everything they did was to worship God and glorify His name. Instead, they began to focus on their outward appearance as they sought to look holy and obtain the approval of others; "You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self indulgence" (Matthew 23:25).
This problem was definitely not new. Over 700 years earlier, God's children had lost their heart for worship: "These people come near to Me with their mouth and honor Me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me. Their worship of Me is made up only of rules taught by men" (Isaiah 29:13).
Unfortunately, this problem is still with us today. We've created a list of rules and religious activities which somehow define our relationship with God. We define our "Godliness" by our church attendance, our acts of service, or even our time spent reading His Word. But all these good and worthwhile actions do not define our relationship - they do not define our love. Our love is, and always has been, defined by the condition of our heart; "Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart" (1 Samuel 16:7). All our actions simply flow as an outward expression of the condition of our heart.
EVERYTHING we do must be motivated by a desire to praise and honor our Heavenly Father. Our religious acts mean absolutely nothing if not accompanied by a heart full of love and thanksgiving. Let's become true worshipers who express our love for God in all we do and say! Let's never allow our lives to be driven by the look of holiness.

NEW YORK – Rap star Lil Wayne has gotten a temporary reprieve from jail — for dental surgery.
The Grammy Award-winning rapper's sentencing in a New York City gun case was postponed Tuesday. His lawyer says the rapper needs to finish a string of recent surgeries for a dental problem before he goes to jail.
His sentencing is now set for March 2, and a judge says it won't be put off further.
Lil Wayne pleaded guilty in October to attempted gun possession. The case stems from a police stop of his tour bus in 2007.

Now, I dont keep up with this BS azz show mayne lol however, I do like to tune in to some reality TV REUNION shows cause they always fun N full of drama! lol So I was watching the reunion for the love of Ray J Season 2 and the winner, Cocktail, from season 1 made an appearence on the show to kinda give Ms. Berry a heads up on Ray J... LMMFAO!!! this is was hilarious mayne, cause 1st off> it's so obvious that Cocktail is still hung over Ray J B!tchazz lol trying to put salt in Ray's game w/Ms. Berry and then continiously repeats "but I did love you and I was faithful" and all this extra crap bout feelings she's obviously not over with LOL 2nd> C'mon Ms. Berry! u seem like a genuinely cool gurl with a good head on yo shoulda's and you gon let Ray J sell you a dream??!!!! C'mon mayne.. dont you have enough of those on your own to let a BS-azz nucca try to sell you another one! LOL 3rd> 5mths after the show N Ms. Berry gets no luv!!!! however, some of the other chicks have seen/text/talked to him since! WAKE UP Ms. BERRY!!! just strining you along honey, N whatever you say to justify his actions "o his past" and "o he's used to dealing with a lot of women" and all this other BS are just lame excuses to put up with his BS by your own accord.. Premiere of "The Michael Vick Project"
I must say, episode 1 exceeded my expectations for this show. Really liked the way they working with Vick to get the proper light shed on him. Another classic case of "partners in crime, won't be partners doin time".. it amazes me how it was 24 mofo's testifying against him.. it's alright tho, we past that, Thank GOD, and just wanna see Michael go all out back in da game mayne. I'm sooooo glad he back on track, head on his shoulders, pushing forward, thas wassup! :o) TEAM MV7 BABY BABY! :o) lol He need to come jump on my Cowboys team mayne.... JERRY>>> WE NEED A GOOD BACK UP QB, MAN!!! DO SUM!!! Romo be phuckin up one tooo many times, mayne and we need MV7 on our team!!! sum1 please holla at Jerry Jones for me, PLEASE!!! :o) LMAO !!
